brake vacuum issue

I have a 97. I'm losing power brakes after i pump the brakes once.. I have vacuum at the booster... How much vacumm?? The pump is sucking fairly good.
Wondering if the booster or the pump is a common problem... Like i say the pump has decent vacuum... Anyone got a number for inches of vacuum?

Thanks all

The one way valve at the booster good? Does the pedal feel go to the hard side or go to the floor?
