OBS alignment issues

i tried a search on this i hope i'm not the only one. My front tires are wearing real bad on the outside edges. i went in to check out new tire and i was told there is a "bolt kit" for the upper control arm to correct the camber. i have also checked at the local parts store and they have a adjustable ball joint type kit it fix the issue. Has anyone else run into this problem or used either of these?

All you need is a Ball joint eccentric.

I have called my local part stores and they have never heard of these. Is this an adjustable part of fixed to give only a certain amount of correction?
