My Bilstein BTS kit was $489 shipped to me. That's the Bilstein BTS with 5100's all the way around.

Bilstein*Shocks:*05-*F250 Superduty, F350 Superduty 4WD, 2 inch Leveling Kit - Lifts front 2.25 inches, rear 0-1 inches.* - eShocks.com:

I ordered my cams from DC, and in the next couple weeks will be ordering my adjustable track bar from him too.

I'll probably do a 3" block in the rear to make the rear about 1/2" higher than the front. But level by anybodys standard.

From what I've gathered the ICON lifts the front end more than the Bilstein lift. Both run 35's. Both are progressive rate springs. Both, from what I've read, have the same ride quality. With all that info, I decided I wanted maximum tire size for the least amount of lift. While probably not a huge deal, this does keep your COG lower. (probably not by more than 1/2 inch, which is neglegable, but every bit helps when off road or when towing.)

When it came down to price it wasn't that great of a difference when compared equally. The ICON comes with the cams, and if you run the 5100's all the way around you are looking at $615 shipped from DC. I paid $489 shipped from e-shocks, but had to buy cams from DC for $102 + $14 shipping. Than means you're looking at a grand total of $10 in savings going with the Bilsteins. lol.
