check the fuses under the dash, there is a 30 amp fuse that controls the PCM and fuel pump that gets blown when the fuel heater shorts out. Unplug the fuel heater it is the plug on the back of the fuel bowl first. I don't remember what number fuse it is but when looking at the fuse panel it is on the right towards the bottom.
