its absolutly impossible for under valve cover harness to cause fuse 19 to blow on this vehicle , that might be what they said but that wasnt the problem i assure you , to the original poster , i will call you in the mornin, we will figure this out

UVCH is under the valve cover harness. controls your injectors, goes inbetween your valve cover and the head.
I really dont believe thats whats causing your issue, I believe that would have blown a seperate fuse if it were the UVCH.
I dont have a clue man, I dont know of anyone else who lives down there even! dang dude, I hate this for you.

sorry i cant help. i have the same problem though. it just doens't happen all that often. not sure what all you have tried and by no means am i a tech but lets start simple. very tidies and annoying but i would just slowly start going over every wire and look for any sign of damage. another thing you can do is get a test light and make sure you have power where you should. what number fuse is blowing?

Number 19 fuse is blowing. I checked around under the dash for wires chaffin but nothing that i can see. And scott cant wait to hear from ya, so i can get this thing on the road, so i can enjoy vacation... thanks guys!!!!!!!!! yall are good people!

Your tow haul or overdrive off switch wires most likely have wore through and are grounding out and blowing the fuse. I have seen this several times. Pull the steering cover off and check the wires. Tape up the bad spot

weve already checked that, the 3 wires have a cover over them and have no wear on the cover, and the shifter is brand new.I guess im gonna try the dealer today. Doubt i e enough spondoolas to fix it though, well see..
