'96 Powerstroke Exhaust Pressure

My 1996 F250 with a PSD and Auto Trans won't start, I drove it in and it ran fine but the next morning it cranks but wouldn't start. Having had a cam sensor go before I went ahead and put a new one on but that didn't do any good. We ran a Scan Tool on it and the only thing it showed was high exhaust back pressure (46 PSI)- but the engine was not running....?????....Can anyone give me some insight as to what direction to go? Help!!!!! Thank You!!!!
P.S. The truck has 93,000 miles on it, an AFE in take,6 stage chip,and 4" MBRP exhaust system.

Just a thought, but you might want to test the batteries for voltage, if they get low, it will crank but won't start. Had that happen to me, and with the colder weather it's more common. Hope that helps.

need to check batteries like gord said ,if you can get a scanner that will display data need to monitor icp pressure has to be 450lbs to crank ,ipr percentage 14% with key on and should climb slightly as engine is cranking over to maybe about 25-30% if goes higher than that check fuel pressure ,alot of times if has no codes i system ,always check fuel pressure ,needs to be around 45 up to 60 at idle ,wil increase under load , also monitor rpm signal, whle checking data ,run a injector buzz test to ,thats enoug to get started ,let us know from there
