Dead in the water this morning

My truck wont start this am. Someone suspected the glow plug relay might be bad. Problem is I can't start the truck to get it to the shop. Any tips on how I can get it started? Been hard to start the past couple of days. I have a forced air heater...could I warm it enough that way? Maybe tap on the relay? Maybe blow up the truck? Please help. 02 PSD Y8

I've had it plugged in all night but it didn't seem to help much.

thanks, I appreciate it. I just needed to get it started so I could get to the shop. Maybe just need to wait until it warms up.

If its the relay
