Wont start

99 f-350 wont start just cranks service engine light on no wait to start light ...Replaced glow plugs new cam sensor no trouble codes showing,,,Will start after a while wont do it all the time ..Redstoke

Have you tried to replace the glow plug relay? Mine didn't wanna really start at all untill I changed that and now I have no problems at all....

check fuse #30 under the dash. If it is blown, unplug the fuel heater, replace the fuse and start it up. go get a new fuel heater from the dealer. If this fuse is blown it will not start and you will NOT get a wait to start light.

It wont do it all the time if its a fuse wont it be dead all the time ? Now im getiing trouble codes 0602,0605,1211,1690,0713,1000,0381,0232,1210 ..Tonight it started right away but when i shut it off it took 3 more times to get it started..Redstroke

My truck had a high pressure oil leak (I think near the turbo) that would not allow it to start. Was 50 miles from town in the sticks doing a job. Had to get it towed.
