Water pump pulley

Help!! My water pump pulley is broken. The pulley section broke apart from the center section that bolts to the water pump. I can't find a way to hold the water pump still so I can remove the fan and replace the pulley. Any advice would be appreciated. First time on this forum. I think I attached a photo.

First, I have No Idea if this would work, but,,, could you remove the heater hose (or even the nipple itself) at the bottom of your pic, and jam a chisel into the impeller?

I took the water pump and fan off as one unit and I used my grinder and sawzaw to cut the pulley. Now I can't get the fan off. I rented the tool and put so much pressure on it that it bent the tool. I think there might be a thread about fan removal.

When my pulley broke I was able to use an air chisel on the corner of the nut to knock the fan loose.
