2nd oil cooler now problems

Replaced original oil cooler and did EGR delete first bought the truck 3 years ago. Since then edge juice programmer, 4 inch turbo back exhaust, ipr valve replaced coolant filter kit, cat ELC coolant. Yesterday night replaced the oil cooler again for high deltas at highway speeds under no loads. Put it all back together got if lit up rough idle like you would expect for a little. Never smoothed out, went to drive it. Truck seriously wont move, go WOT and literally 3 mph rpm gauge doesn't move. Don't hear turbo spool, neutral or park takes 30 seconds to get 3,000 rpm maybe 7 lbs of boost being produced. Rough idle and sounds like its knocking harder. Messed around with it today thinking maybe exhaust leak etc. Everything looks good install correct. everything looks plugged in place. Before I tear it all back down any ideas? It is putting out black smoke, setting codes 0299 for no or low boost, setting 2 glow plug codes, and every once in awhile 7 cylinder contribution balance fault. Does feel likes its missing a bit at idle. When I rev it in neutral just doesn't sound right, sound likes something is leaking or loud weird exhaust tone. Truck was running perfect before I did all this so im stumped. I put in 30 over stock nozzle injectors 6 months ago I cant imagine a failed injector for that 7 misfire code. So ive done a little work on this motor, not completely helpless, but im stumped. Could I have had a intake gasket slide on install causing some issues? Am I overlooking something obvious? Ive been over the exhaust twice cant feel any leaks anywhere looks all tight and good. Any ideas appreciated.
