Sorry, its an '03 F-250 6.0 Powerstroke, and i'm running 3 tunes that my dealer gave me that from what I know aren't custom. I believe they are canned tunes from SCT as far as I know. He called them performance, max performance, and SCT tune 1???

I did a quick google search and it looks to be about 29 degrees in Atlanta right now.

Its apparently 28 degrees outside, but I have already known that my truck won't cold start on these tunes because i've tried it before. I do know that it would cold start on the stock file, but I can't seem to get it back to stock.

Have you tried switching to any of the other tunes (besides trying to go back to stock) How long has the truck been sitting? Batteries charged?

It is easier to search the problem if there is a code related to it. Did you happen to see a code when it said stock file locked?

Let the glow plugs cycle for a little longer than normal that may help

I don't know if this would help but could you disconnect the batteries?

I tried all 3 tunes and the stock file. The stock and the one labeled SCT tune 1 did not work (my truck wouldn't even crank after the error message). The performance and max performance crank. My truck is currently plugged in, but i've only tried cranking it once in order to preserve battery power. The battery's are new and should be charged well.

I didn't see any codes come up, although I haven't checked my codes with my xcal2 before.
