Most likely the UVC (under valve cover harness) is fried or the plugs in the valve cover gaskets are fried. Relatively easy fix, you can buy the whole thing or replace the pins in the plugs. Only other thing I can think of is possibly something wrong with the IDM.

i agree , the reason the harness gets burnt up is the glow plugs are goin bad , high resistance from the glow plugs causes heat , then the heat damages the wiring , better replace the glow plugs , or you will be doin it again

I recommend replacing the glow plugs with a good quality plug like the Bosch Durotherm, cheap plugs can and will stick in the heads and break off the next time you try to get them out causing you to have to remove the head.
IDM (Injector Driver Module) basically a box that makes around 110 volts DC power to fire the injectors, its unlikely that this is your problem because when it goes you usually loose everything but I have heard of at least 1 case where it went bad and he still had one side.
The plug in the valve cover gasket is know for problems, there is a lot of juice flowing through there when the plugs are on and it tends to melt things.

I got my new harnesses pretty cheap on ebay. Also might check with International or some online parts places.

well I am still after it , got a uvc harness from a friend , and got her back together now I can crank it and it runs great for about 2 secs and then drops the right bank and the engine light comes on I can shut it off and restart it same thing every time I don't have a scanner is there a short cut to read the codes like a GM?

Nope, no short cuts, you got to have a code reader and any old reader wont work, it has to be one that is compatible with the 7.3, I had a regular OBDII reader and it wouldn't see the codes in my truck. Try double checking all of your wiring and connectors and internal pins.
