I got the relay on Ebay - sorry I'm blowing this thread up. I was having trouble seeing my replies. The relay was an aftermarket, but it did work before I installed it. It doesn't seem to close as hard as the factory one that isn't working.

id get a factory relay and see what that does for you. If the relay is energizing but not letting current through...either the contact arm is broken or not making full contact
