HELP - blowout in Effingham, IL

Does anyone by any chance know someone in the area of Effingham, IL that might be able to help with a dual blowout?

My wife is helping a friend of ours move and the flatbed the friend is hauling - my wife is hauling the horse trailer - had both right side (passenger) tires blow out. We are looking for someone in the area because AAA doesn't cover utility trailers or horse trailers. We have called around and the one shop that would be able to help only has one guy there today and he can't leave to run the truck out.

Basically just need someone with a heavy duty jack to lift the trailer so they can get the wheels off and get a couple new tires.

PM me if you can help or know someone who can. They are trying to get to northeast Indiana today.

Ok. I just heard from them. Looks like we got the highway patrol to help out. They were able to call a nearby wrecker that could bring a large enough jack to lift the trailer and ferry the wheels to and from a shop to mount and balance the tires/wheel.

Thanks guys.
