6.0 choking and sputtering......dead

I have an 03 6.0 with 130k miles on her. Today she started up just fine like usual, I drove down the street and half way down it started sputtering and choking etc. I gave it some throttle and it finally died.... towed it home where I tried restarting it and it sounds like every rod in the thing is about to explode. I pulled the filters checked them to make sure nothing big was clogging it, and tried restarting it ran for 30 seconds tried again and now it wont restart. Seems like a fuel issue, when I turn the key over to "warm the plugs" I can hear the fuel pump and it just runs and runs and runs until i try to start it or turn the key off. Anyone have any ideas???
