SES Light Help ????

Recently drove to Ft. Worth and purchased a TW Chip from the MAN himself. Great guy, treated me and my friend like we've known him for years. Anyway, when on the EXTREME setting, and get over 21 lbs. of boost, my Service Engine Soon light comes on. Tony told me to get a "Boost Fooler" and explained why the light was coming on. So I made my own "Boost Fooler" from an air pressure regulator and preset it to 21 lbs. as instructed by TW. But it did not work. I then purchased an electronic pigtail boost fooler from a diesel performance shop out of Georgetown. According to the guy I purchased this pigtail from, it is supposed to send a signal to the computer telling it that its only getting 21 lbs. of boost at all times, thus not cutting off the fuel when it reaches over 21 lbs. and not activating the SES light. I installed the pigtail, and the light still came on. What I did notice however, was that the light only comes on when the truck's RPM's go over 3000 with approx. (30 lbs. Boost). If I back off the throttle lets say between 26 to 28 lbs. of boost and keep my RPM's below 3000, the light does not come on. My question is, is the light coming on because the computer is registering over 21 lbs. of boost and cutting off the fuel to reduce boost, or is it coming on because I'm reving it over 3000 RPM's. Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance to everyone who replies. And a special thanks to Mr. Tony Wildman, the 3 hour drive to Ft. Worth from Austin was definetly worth it.
