6.0 acting up from winter help!!

So I drove my 6.0 to the airport a week ago and it wouldn't go above 30 so I put $60 bucks of gas in it and some diesel treat at it was fine. Now today I got back from Mexico and it's doing it again!! It was running fine then all the sudden it slowed down. I did the same thing as last time but I put diesel 911 in instead. I just want to know what you guys think. Could it be the fuel just gelled? Or is the fuel pump going bad. I noticed it would shake really bad when it wouldn't run right. Any help is appreciated
