need help truck wont start

Replaced oil cooler today once everything was back together cycled key a few times to prime fuel system and it cranked up and ran for 15 secs then died and have not been able to get restarted unless using ether but dies once that is gone.

Getting 5 psi on low side pressure but only getting 100-200 psi at rail, have cracked fuel lines and manually ran pump for few mins, but can't get it goin.

Any advice

Pop off your oil filter and have someone turn engine over to see if LPOP will pump oil into housing. If so thats good news. If its incredibly slow or even pumps at all then id say you lpop gears are either toast or front cover may be damaged which you don't want. Best of Luck.
