6.0 Out for the count at beans

First off I am not knocking any company, but anyways my trucks currently dead over at beans right now, I bought injectors air dog regulated return while bunch of other things from Maryland performance. 11,000 in parts, 4,000 in labor. Try'd to bullet proof my truck, now I'm 1200 miles in on these new 190cc injectors (with warranty on injectors) and the injector tip fell off... Before asked yes newer fuel filters, brand new air dog, and regulated return, and a new hpop and a new innovative FICM. Shut the truck off as soon as I heard a couple knocks, hydrolocked her. Should I expect this injector warranty covering just the junk injector they sent me? Because beans is saying now I have head and piston damage, no telling on the cylinder walls. It's rediculous that a $200 injector can destroy a 10.000 dollar engine. I'm stationed in ft Campbell ky if anyone had some advice. Not the way to come home from deployment. The $340 tow bill was a good way to start my vacation. Some advice would be greatly appreciated

Sorry for your luck man. Yes a dropped injector tip can take out your whole engine. Personally I would never have bought injectors (or anything else) from MPD and I wouldn't let Bean's work on my 6.0 but good luck man. Don't expect anything more than an injector from MPD.
