Question 6.4 Turbo problem

Started up my 2008 F250, 6.4 the other day to discover a noise that sounded like metal hitting metal(almost like a screw rattling inside something) popped hood to hear it coming from either the Turbo Valve Mechanism or the turbo on the end attached to TVM. No error code on dash.... Second start noise stopped, check engine light now (code P132B) but turbo has no psi & no power when driving, barely made it up hill. Ripped apart Turbo last night to see impeller out of shape. Impeller shaft turns easy without impeller on- Can just impeller be replaced? What might cause that to happen?
