Heat won't blow.

The heat and ac will not blow. It comes out just enough to feel with my hand onthe vent. Once I'm on the interstate I can feel it a little more. I checked the fuse and didn't see a bad one. Any possible explanation?

How can I check that? I don't have much knowledge with heating and cooling.

I would guess if it doesnt blow air and you don't hear the fan it is likely the fan. that is how it has been on most of my trucks. ONE exception is my old truck had a wiring harness burn up and I had to rewire part of the fan switch connector. you could try pulling the blower fan and jumping it with a hot wire and if it blows it could be a switch or wiring most likely the switch, wiring would be pretty rare and saved for folks with luck like...mine
I am still new to super duties so perhaps someone with more wrench time than I will chime in and make sure we are going the right direction
