No Brake Or Tailights!!

I just finished installing my gauges, and now my brake/tailights and my dashboard lights dont work.

My fuses are fine.

In this pic, the wire next to #2 (black) somehow got cut, but even when i stripped them and touched them together (no butt connecter at moment), it didnt help anything. I tried tapping into the #2 wire but it wasnt working for me so i took the splice out. Maybe when i took it out, it broke that wire as well.

Do those wires have anything to do with my troubles. Please help I need to drive to work in morning and need tailights.

Thanks

Alright, so I just went out and was messing around with those wires. (they are soo beepbeepbeepbeep small and cramped in there they are impossible to work with).

While I was messing with them, I heard a fuse blow and more lights go out. I thought it got worse, but I replaced the fuse and now all my lights are working again!!

That black wire is still cut (next to #2), any idea what its for?
