Exclamation SUSPENSION HELP

I am installing a 2" leveling kit as we speak (mini leaf pack) in my 2004 F-250... while I was not looking my buddy released the other u bolts off and took them out .. now the axle won't line up to back in??? should I take the track bar off?? or is ther another way?? please help??

what do you mean it wont line up? is it moved more towards the driverside?

yeah.. shifted over now about 1/2 an inch... can't pry it over that far to line back up... tryed slings and bars...

Mine did the same thing. We just beat and pried until we got everything to go back together. The axle stuck out the driver's side about an inch for about a week and a half until the springs settled. Now everything is perfect. Hope that helps (Also, a cum-a-long is your friend )

can u possibly get another smaller floor jack beneath the axle?
I did this on my '05 when had to recenter it

been trying and trying... the only place I can see it hung up is the track bar... won't budge.. only front and back...

It took us a while to get the axle centered to get everything bolted back up the way it should go. I don't remember the exact trick to getting it to go back because there was a lot of involved
