motor will turn but not crank

Its the same thing the other guy had and it was a IPR valve.and running good now. i thought it was the same guy?but not.so what can i say?

I have checked the high pressure oil and its full . I got it to start but cut right back off the tac is moving . I also have checked all the fuses

get a scan tool and turn it over and see what codes its got.man,got to start at basics.
fuel pressure,hpop pressure,check wiring.idm,pcm,glow plugs and solenoild,starter solenoild.man,it could be anything.scan tool needed.ASAP?
