No Start
Here are the basics.
01 F250 7.3 PSD Two yellow top Optima batteries bought 1.5 years ago. Switched yesterday finally from an Airaid Quickfit intake system to an AFE Stage II Pro Guard 7 system. After replacing the entire battery tray area with the new AFE tray everything looked tight and in normal working order. Went to check it by cranking the engine and it just turned and turned and turned with no fire up. There is a clicking sound coming from my inside fuse panel yet all fuses show no issues. I've checked the under hood fuses as well and nothing there also problem wise. When the ignition is turned backward to accessory it fires my onboard air compressor right up and fills it. When I turn the ignition forward to crank it it doesn't do squat. Both battery connections are fine and hooked up positive to positive and negative to negative. I'm stumped and stuck. Please any info would be useful. I'm going to pull the battery tomorrow and bench test it but when I first turned the truck over last night it cranked somewhat fine, the truck just wouldn't f**king start. |
