2000 7.3 help neeededddd please

hi im new here and cant figure out a problem ive been having. diagnosed pretty much everything i could think of. well i replaced the injector seals, glow plugs, and valve cover gasket. its all back together but the truck will not start (sounds like when the glow plugs go on everything lacks power). ive charged the batterys about five times and they read twelve volts when i hook it all up but once the key turns they drop to about 9.47. also i checked the volts to the glows plugs its about 8.50 volts. after replacing the solenoid the truck sounds a little better but when key on wait for the wait to start light to go off there is a clicking sound coming from the number 34 relay in the distribution block. also the glow plug relay clicks on and off. motor will not crank or start all because of the voltage drop. hopefully someones had the same problem before. any input will help out going on day 4 of trying to figure it out lol. driving me crazy

Load test your batteries, I've seen batteries volt test fine with no load but as soon as you load test them they fall on their face. That's your first step.

Not to insult your intelligence, but have you checked your battery terminals/ cables? corrosion? Burnt wires? Exact same problem on mine a few months ago only mine would crank but usually wouldn't start. Cut back the wire, got new connectors and I was rollin'
