03 6.0 blowing blue smoke and sticking in 1st

my 6.0 accelerates ok in first but has been blowing heavy smoke looks blueish at around 2000-2300rpms, and sticks in first with no power if I let off the throttle it will shift then clears up only does this from a complete stop usually only once or twice and then seems to "clear up" any thoughts or ideas, truck is completely stock and taken well care of, no rodding, 142000 miles, any thoughts

It's always best to start by pulling codes , next a legitimate fuel pressure test under load. There are actually several things that can cause your issue. But codes first. If there are any. And let's go from there

swap the 60 for a 73
