What size is it???

I'm not sure what its called. I'm taking the piece off of the turbo, that i have to put on the new turbo. The down pipe connects to it. What size are those bolts? I can't seem to find anything that will fit them tight. they are going to turn off hard, because it gets so hot there

delete this thread. Figured it out, i had a socket, but it wasn't a 12 point, once i got the 12 it came right off
