7.3 starts running BAD no pOwer HELP

I have a 2003 e-450 bus, I cannot figure it out but I am having trouble with this vehicle. Startedt off with it was stumbling and sometimes dying at stop lights out of no where. But would re start with no problem. Well last weekend we had it out and we drove it for 55 miles with no problem, we stopped and idled for a bit (15 mins) all a sudden it was like a switch was turned the service engine soon light turned on and lost basically all power. We tried driving around block it just sounded rough and just ran bad full throttle and could barley make up hills. The tranny shifted really hard. We had a group of 20 on the bus and basically had to figure rides out. We were just at this point tryin to make it home. It could barely make it up inclines and full throttle it wouldn't go over 50 mph.
I'm in a bind I had a mechanic who was suppose to look at it but he's been so busy basically back burned us and were suppose to help witha for ends wedding this weekend.

It threw a code of the exhaust pressure sensor

I tried replace the fuel pump lift because other one was oddly loud. No luck
Replaced fuel filter, no luck
( we had a 7.3 do same thing and it was the lift pump)
We tried manually opening up butterfly on the exhaust and it didn't help,
We took off the Exaust from turbo to muffler and it seemed to run a little better but nothing great, still had the rough idle.

I'm LOST no idea where to start!!! Any help I will gladly donate to u or to site I'm desperate I can't figure it out

Recently we change HPOP,IPR also

Only 54,xxx miles
