Need quick help with a 6.0

Hey guys, came here to look for some help... I got my EGR replaced in my truck yesterday. Today when taking off from a stop sign the truck accellerated for a split second, then quit responding. The truck idles fine but wont rev up when I push the gas. When this happened a wrench came on the dash... Any ideas??

May want to check your pedal asssembly. More than likely one of more potentiometers may be bad. Are you able to have the codes pulled?

these trucks do some really strange things.i always say try the simplest things first.

shut truck off then restart and see what happens sometimes it will do it
once and never again.but if it does again right away look at the sensor on the pedal assembly.let us know what happens
