fuel pump dead, I think?

I have a 99 F-250 with a 7.3, almost to work and the truck died like a switch was flipped. Fuel filter was very nasty, we have replaced with factory filter. All fuses look good and replaced fuel pump relay in box under the hood. But can't seem to get power to pump when key is turned on. we have a new pump but really don't want to replace if it's another relay, fuse or wireing, just learned about the relay behind the radio, will check that now but any info would be appreciated. thanks guy's.

Also, you can run 12v power and a ground directly to the pump to see if it will work. Check the signal to the fuel pump relay to see if it is commanded on.
