4 wheel drive won't engage
Hello I wanted to see if anyone has an idea of what could be going on with my truck. I have a 2001 Ford F-250 7.3 Superduty. I went to engage the 4 wheel drive today in the snow. This is a shift on the fly modal with the switch on the dash. The hubs are locked in the manual setting. I flipped the switch into 4 wheel drive and the light didn't light up and didn't engage. I climbed under the truck and all the wire connections into the transfer case are connected. Not sure if it's a fuse or something electrical. Any advice would be great.

Check your fuse. Sounds like an electrical issue, if it was mechanical I believe the 4x4 light is supposed to flash... or the OD light on the gear shift will flash if its a problem with the tranny.
