2002 Excursion 7.3l problem?

I was driving on the freeway... my excursion is fully equipped with all the banks power you can get btw... and the check engine light came on with the ADS and overdrive flashing.. the MPG gauge is stuck at 0 at times.. but when its working it bounces up and down? I dont know whats up with it.. can anyone help/give advice? has this happened before?

Did you get this taken care of? To me it all sounds related. Did you lose engine power? Your trans will possibly go into limp home mode to protect the drivetrain from further damage... If your still having issues, a trans shop can scan your ex and see what trans codes your getting.
