Two DTC's po528 and po480

Had all sorts of things on my own stupidity...Got those fixed. Ok so did an egr delete and afterward i had those two codes po528 and po480. I also while doing the egr had the drivers side battery out and i accidentally hit the battery wire and truck frame and sparks flew. was really quick. Im not sure if that has something to do with it or not. Im not very good with circuits and things like that. Ive wired up lights and winches, but thats about it. havent had a chance to do much driving with it and its been cool here also so i doubt i would have a heat issue. What do you think

Also when i look at the fan it doesnt spin 100 percent perfect..has one spot that kinda bows out..Not real sure how to explain that. And at first start up that black thing near the degas bottle sounds like a vacuum for a while then kicks off. And the fan itself makes a little noise, but seems to quit once everything is warm.

I sprayed antifreeze all over the place when my upper egr plug gasket tore. i wondered if that had anything to do with it since i havent cleaned any of that gunk off.
