Need help with SCT and tunes!

So i finally stoped being lazy and ordered my tunes from vivian to give them a shot but i cant get the file to go onto my tuner! i save the .cef file to my desktop but then when i go to browse and try and find it it shows no documents saved anywhere. WTF!?

When you open the SCT icon on your comp are you pressing the "transfer file to device" button to proceed?

Then you just find the .cef file and name it and load it on the sct tuner
