7.3 leaking fuel

my 2000 f350 was struggling to start this morning and i noticed puddle of diesel under the engine when I stepped out to see what was going on .

I thought it might be the fuel drain valve on fuel bowl, but it was not.

I checked the connections to fuel bowl and they were all dry .

I looked where the leak was comming from and its leaking from far in the back of the engine, almost directly underneath the turbo housing.

Got it started and it doesn't appear to be leaking that much when the engine is on but it sure poured out when I had the key in ON position.
