2003 F-250 6.0L No Start

i replaced the oil cooler, put it all back together, started it, and it ran fine. idled for about 30 minutes no problem. test drove it, and it died. will not restart. i dont have a lot of experience in the early 03 department so any tips would be handy. I have a Snap-On Solus Pro and i checked ICP where the desired value needed to be about 1400 and the actual value showed 34.5-35... obviously this is looking like a good place to start.
