Disaster????

Hey guys i need help! My 2005 6.0 died on the side of the road, replaced the hpop and went to start, when i initially turned the key on everything just clicked, like the battery was dead, went to jump it with another pickup and it would crank then stopped cranking and sounded like the starter went out, so dissasembled everything again and re-assembled to make sure i had everything together right, same problem, so i replaced the starter, now it won't crank, when i turn the ignition on the dash clicks, buzzes, the lights flicker on and off, the speedometer goes to 60 and stays there, and under the hood the fuel pump clicks, an then there's something on the passenger side of the engine compartment that's clicking as well. As far as i can tell it's become possessed!

Sounds electrical, u got the batteries nice and tight I assume and batteries are up to spec right?. It should at least crank
