02 f250 7.3L rough idle no power

Hi Guys,

I have a 02 f250. It just started running terrible. There is little power and it seems to be missing because the truck shakes a lot when at idle and under load. I had this same problem but I replaced the ICP and IPR that fixed it for about a month and half. Then out of the blue my check engine light came on. I shut the truck off and did a restart thats when all hell broke loose. I have a really nice scanner but the odd thing is the check light is only on when its running and the scanner is not pulling any codes. Ive used the scanner on this truck before and thats how I fixed the IPR and ICP. Any ideas? I have checked everything I know to look for. Not sure what my next step should be

What do you have for a scanner? I know my SCT won't pick some codes up that my scan gauge will. I would start by trying another scanner to get the code. You would have a lot better idea of where to start then. One guess would be the CPS?

check fuel pressure. Have you changed filters recently?

I changed the filiter when I changed the IPR and ICP.

Just an update. I have changed the fuel filter tried the new ICP spare I had laying around. Tried another scanner same result no codes. It sucks I am missing the new years party I have been waiting for all year long because I have to get to work on Monday.
