Flasher Relay Location

My turn signals do not work at all. I was told it was the flasher relay but I can't seem to find where it is located. 2000 Ford F450 powerstroke 7.3L. It would be great if someone could help.

I will go get my owners manual right now and see if I can find it for you. In the meantime someone might get you the answer anyway

The relay holder is tucked way up under the instrument panel just to the right of the steering column. It has two large relays and two small ones, I think.
