Overheating while idling
I have an 05' 250 w/ the 6.0. I was driving back from Atlanta today and when I pulled off at a McDonalds for a lunch break My truck overheated. I cut it off and let it cool down. Started it back up and drove home and everything was fine. When I pulled in the driveway I let it sit again for a minute, overheated again. Let it cool off again, Started looking the engine over and my coolant resivior is dry. I can't find where anything is leaking. Looking on the forum I saw where someone used a term called "puking" where the overflow would let out fluid if the pressure got to high. If this is my problem how do I fix it or should I be looking somewhere else?
