2006 6.0 dies out when driving

I have a 2006 f-550 6.0 dies out when driving for 1 hour . It started after 2 hour when engine is. Cold pull code p2290 Icp too low . Air check system found dummy plugs leaking. Replace dummy plugs. Drove it again for 2hours truck dies out. Check codes none waited for 10mins it started so i air check it again no leak I remove oil filter to check oil level was low so crank the engine and monitor oil flow it raise slowly and oil gauge on the cluster won't go up to normal level.monitor ficm good it has 48 volts.. Is it possible the ipr or the low oil side. Need help
