Truck won't start.

Just put two brand new 850cc batteries in it less than a month ago, and a new alternator in it yesterday. the truck fired right up this morning. Then started it again at lunch time, no problem. then tried to start it a few minutes ago, and it just cranked real weak and slow. Had it hooked up to jumper cables and it would barely turn over. Could it be the starter? Please help. Thanks

I did have a dodge cummins one time that had the exact same symptoms, put in new batteries and alternator. Still sounded like there wasn't enough power to the starter, but I finally replaced the starter and sure enough it started right up afterwards.
