02 PSD 7.3 problem....help!

I have replaced cps twice. Checked for codes and had a pcm circuit fault. Replaced PCM. Truck will start and run fine, however when the truck reaches operating temp and you turn the truck off, it will NOT start until it cools down! I cannot figure this out! Please, any suggestions?

I would scan it again, and see what codes you get.

WHERE YOU HAVE CHANGED THE CRANK SENSOR TWICE YOU MAY WANT TO INSPECT THE CONNECTOR VERY CLOSELY. HAVE SEEN ALOT OF CONNECTION PROBLEMS INSIDE OF THE CONNECTOR HARD SHELL. THE WIRE ( OR WIRES ) WILL LOOSE CONNECTION INSIDE AT THE TERMINAL END. WITH MORE HEAT AFTER ENGINE SHUTDOWN WIRE WILL LOOSE CONNECTION AT TERMINAL END. AFTER COOLDOWN CONNECTION WILL BE RESTORED. WIRE AND TERMINAL END NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM HARDSHELL TO FIND THIS PROBLEM. EVEN IF CRANK SENSOR CONNECTION IS NOT THE CULPRIT ANY OTHER FUEL RELATED SENSOR CONNECTION COULD BE AT FAULT GIVEN THE SYMPTOMS YOU GAVE. GOOD LUCK!
