DTC P0232 Fuel Secondary Circuit High F250

I have a 2008 F250 with the 6.4 litre with 114K. Truck shut down on me and would not turn over. Check DTC codes gave me the P0232. After calling 3 dealerships from the side of the road and getting no help, googled the code (thank goodness for technology), saw something about wiring. Got under the truck, wiggled the wires, tapped on the pump, cleadred the codes and she fired right up. Is this just a connection issue or is my pump going out and should i replace it?

Does anybody have an opinion on this stuation? The truck is running and hasn't done it lately. The diesel tech at my local dealer said when thye got this code on the 6.0 they just changed the pump!
