p1260 no crank no start

ok so here we go .... first off installed remote start security system and now it has turned into this ..... installed system didnt work un hooked system and returned to stock set up now i have a no crank no start issue and a p1260 code ford theft detected engine disabled iv tried both keys and had the batteries unhooked for about 2 hours and still no fix the anti theft light flashes really fast when key is in the on posistion tried clearing with my h&s no luck there either all my wires are hooked up right and back to stock ......any ideas were i could do this myself would be great thanks

I'm going with there's a trip to the dealership in your near future. This probably requires a PCM/ECM reflash to resolve.
