coolant in cylinders 6.0

hi i need some help im trying to get my 6.0 in to the garage so i can replace my bad egr cooler but one of my cylinders has hardrolocked in the past week that it has been sitting how can i get the coolant out with out removing my head, can probably get it inside without driving in but then I would like to still get the coolant out without removing the head any help would be greatly apriceiaded as i need to get my truck fixed this weekend
