Regeared now I have Check engine Light on, Help

Hey just had my truck re geared from the factory 3:73's to Yukon 4:56's front and rear, Truck is lifted 8-10" 40" Toyo Muds 15.50 wide on 20's 05 F250 6.0L diesel 4 door FX4 4WD
I have read it is common for the check engine to come on after re gearing but the computer will auto fix and adjust it self, is this true or is there something I need to do? Just drove it home about 25 miles from the shop and it never fixed it self.. Help Can my programmer fix this, I have a platinum juice with attituded w/monitor.

No auto adjust. Edge can fix it

Well I restet the check engine light and it did not come back on, I went through the edges programming and could not find where to put in a new gear ratio..... Hope it is fixed seems to shift at high RPMS now

what year is the truck?

im not aware of any programmer that can adjust for that large of a tire and gears....

edit.. since you have a platinum juice im assuming you ahve a 6.0L... first off i would take that crap off immediately and run it stock.. and nope you can not adjust that gear/ tire combo with the edge...

i recommend a getting a SCT tuner and having the custom tuned to that setup....
