Problem with my F6 dp-tuner switch. Truck wont start now

So i got new programs a few months ago and just today decided to reset my switch.

I started the process which takes 5 times to do, and after the 2nd time the switch went blank and now shows nothing. When i turn on the ignition it shows the period and then is blank. The truck turns over but does not start.

What did i do wrong. I gotta have this truck.

Truck is a 03 7.3l.

I would say first thing is remove the chip and make sure the chip is the problem, and go from there. Good luck.
