00 F250 Electrical issue with EDGE

So I got my EDGE CTS the other day and programmed it to my truck and it started freaking out. Windshield wipers going, load clicking noises, power radio on and off. I called edge and they said it was a PCM issue. So I sent them my edge and PCM and they sent it back and said it was good. I installed my PCM and presto the truck did not start. Now it is just not doing the power surges and windshield wiper thing. I called edge back and they said it was not there fault and it was by coincidence that it happened when I hooked up there programmer. Please help. I dont know what is going on.
